<p>SUMMARY OF JOB:</p> <p>Develop and manage new and existing commercial customer relationships through cross-selling appropriate banking products and services. Manage portfolio ensuring proper risk is assessed and in compliance with appropriate regulations, laws, and bank policies. Cultivate external relationships with centers of influence and business owners in the local community. Responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of new and existing commercial clients with business credit needs in excess of $500,000 and developing fee-based income relationships consistent with the Bank's strategic goals and objectives.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a strong prospect list actively calling in the community to successfully gain clients by offering creative solutions working with partners throughout the bank tailored to meet the needs of the prospect. </li><li>Participate in community organizations, events and business development programs to market the bank. </li><li>Identify and develop profitable banking credit and treasury management account relationships to successfully onboard full relationships. </li><li>Responsible for proper pre-qualification by analyzing requests then assisting in the development of structures and negotiation of loans and/or agreements to include the terms, pricing, covenants, special conditions, and interest rates for commercial accounts. </li><li>Present credit facilities to the approving officer; oversee the loan documentation and closing process. </li><li>Strengthen and manage existing account relationships and loan portfolios through monitoring financial statements, covenants, borrowing bases, maturing loans, and past dues to ensure that risk is properly evaluated and managed in an appropriate and timely manner to ensure profitable growth of the account. </li><li>Provide support in the management of complex loan portfolios as the first line of defense to mitigate risks. </li><li>Maintain strong knowledge of banking products and services to cross sell, as well as knowledge of the industries or market areas served. Keep abreast of current developments and market trends, to further identify and service the customer's needs. </li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external business partners to ensure banking products and services are provided in a timely manner and support the profitable growth of the relationship. </li><li>Provide informal training and guidance for less experiences bankers. </li><li>Maintain current knowledge and follow all bank financial and security regulations and procedures. </li><li>Embody, embrace, and demonstrate InBank's Core Values: Commitment, Innovation, Responsibility, Teamwork, Happiness, and Authenticity. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant field</p> <p>Work Experience:</p> <p>5+ years of experience in commercial banking experience</p> <p>Supervisory Experience:</p> <p>N/A</p> <p>Licenses/Accreditations:</p> <p>None required</p> <p>Computer Skills:</p> <p>Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems</p> <p>Other Requirements:</p> <p>Strong knowledge of and experience in Commercial & Industrial and Real Estate loans, deposits, lending techniques and practices. Knowledge of compliance with federal and state regulations pertaining to commercial banking. Strong knowledge of banking products and services. Excellent communication, interpersonal, consultative sales, and presentation skills. Business development, relationship management, and lead generation skills. Ability to effectively communicate and make effective presentations to prospective customers and company principals, existing customers, banking officials, and community leaders. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment. Occasional travel may be required for meetings/trainings. Must be able to use fingers, hands, and wrists for repetitive tasks such as typing, using a mouse, handling paper, and operating a telephone.</p> <p>Preferred Skills/Experience</p> <p>Experience in a Credit Analyst/Underwriting/ Portfolio Management. Critical thinking and problem solving. Strong attention to detail and accuracy; professional and courteous communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate between key internal business partners.</p> <p>SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Customer Service:</p> <p>Strong emphasis on excellent customer service skills; ability to work effectively with both internal and external contacts. Maintains confidentiality in handling customer and bank information.</p> <p>Financial:</p> <p>Proficient knowledge of commercial banking, economics, accounting, and finance</p> <p>Administrative Duties:</p> <p>N/A</p> <p>Autonomy:</p> <p>Ability to analyze and interpret data and formulate sound business decisions.</p> <p>Employees Supervised:</p> <p>N/A</p> <p>Budget Responsibility:</p> <p>N/A</p> <p>The applicant who is selected for this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Targeted hiring range based on experience: $125,000 - $190,000. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and other considerations permitted by law under the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. </li><li>Bonus Eligibility: Annual bonus based on Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company Discretion. </li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance.
