<p>Success Coach</p> <p>The Office of Student Success and Persistence is seeking a success coach to assist in achieving the recruitment and retention goals of the college. This position provides concierge-level support to currently enrolled Coe students. This role plays a critical component in the student experience from the point of enrollment through graduation.</p> <p>General Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required </li><li>1-3 years of college admission experience desired </li><li>Ability to manage outreach and persistence of assigned student population </li><li>Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong desire to work with the college student population </li><li>Excellent written communication </li><li>Extensive experience with and understanding of integrated relational database systems like Slate or other recruitment databases </li><li>Quantitative and logical reasoning skills </li><li>An understanding of and passion for liberal arts education </li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. </li><li>Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe College policy. </li><li>Valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Supporting the overall retention efforts of the Office of Student Success and Persistence to achieve an improved retention rate </li><li>Assisting the Office of Admission in their recruitment efforts as needed </li><li>Analyzing data trends and providing reports to assure progression toward student persistence </li><li>Managing the student experience by delivering outstanding customer service </li><li>Provide outreach including inbound and outbound calls, texts and emails to students to ensure they are on a path to successfully matriculate to their desired credential </li><li>Assisting with on-campus recruitment and retention events and programs </li><li>Representing Coe College at public events as needed </li><li>Meet with prospective first-year and transfer students as needed </li><li>Communicating the qualities of a Coe education to key stakeholders such as parents and high school counselors in addition to students </li><li>Weekend and evening commitments </li><li>A consistent dedication to respond to the needs of students in a timely manner </li></ul> <p>Compensation: 12 month appointment, competitive salary and benefits including retirement contribution and paid vacation</p> <p>Coe College is a selective, private, nationally recognized four-year coeducational liberal arts institution that has provided a superior education for students in a residential setting since 1851.
