You will work alongside experienced sushi chefs, learning traditional techniques and perfecting your craft in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare ingredients, including slicing fish, cutting vegetables, and making sushi rice </li><li>Assist in making sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other menu items according to recipes and presentation standards </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines </li><li>Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely preparation </li><li>Uphold excellent food presentation and customer satisfaction </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of kitchen experience, preferably in a sushi or Japanese restaurant </li><li>Basic knife skills and familiarity with sushi products </li><li>Willingness to learn and grow in a culinary setting </li></ul>
