<p>Job Title: Financial Analyst, FP&A</p> <p>Location: Denver, Colorado (Denver Tech Center). The Company is valued for its standards content and workflow solutions like Engineering Workbench, Goldfire, Haystack and Parts Management Solutions.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>As a Financial Analyst, you will provide comprehensive financial support for the operating expenses of designated Business Units/Functional Areas. Your focus will include developing and maintaining robust models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis of actual results, executed with consistency and repeatability. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs), automate recurring processes where possible, and deliver actionable insights to influence operational and strategic decisions. Building strong cross-functional relationships within and outside Finance will be key to your success.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary finance liaison for specific Business Units/Functional Areas, reporting on performance metrics, conducting variance analysis, and clearly communicating findings to stakeholders and business leaders. </li><li>Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to identify and resolve issues impacting the financial model. </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, establishing regular checkpoints to review inputs, drivers, and assumptions. </li><li>Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts to streamline planning and control processes. </li><li>Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess the financial impact of business decisions and market changes. </li><li>Create and maintain KPIs and dashboards using tools such as Excel & Power BI </li><li>Gather, analyze, and synthesize recommendations for financial plans, forecasts, and strategic initiatives. </li><li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial data across systems and reports. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. </li><li>1-3 years of financial planning and analysis experience with advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP or planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream) preferred. Database management/Power BI skills a plus. </li><li>Results-oriented with a focus on completion and follow-through. </li><li>Strong process improvement skills, with ability to standardize and automate workflows. </li><li>Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both written and verbal. </li></ul> <p>Compensation/Benefits Information?(This section is only applicable to US candidates):</p> <p>The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
