Provide clinical pharmacy services and support healthcare teams in delivering optimal care.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise daily pharmacy operations, including medication management and quality improvement activities. </li><li>Interpret and dispense medication orders while maintaining accurate patient profiles. </li><li>Monitor patient medication therapy, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and compliance with legal standards. </li><li>Provide clinical guidance and drug information to healthcare professionals and patients. </li><li>Participate in patient rounds and collaborate with physicians to optimize medication plans. </li><li>Maintain pharmacy inventory and handle procurement of medications and supplies. </li></ul> <p>Hours/Schedule:</p> <p>Full-time, variable shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy. PharmD preferred. </li><li>Licensure: Current Iowa Pharmacist license. </li><li>Skills: High proficiency in language, math, reasoning, and personal computing.
