<p>Wisconsin Lutheran College is seeking candidates for the college's inaugural Head Women's Flag Football Coach. This is a full-time, exempt position in Warriors Athletics that is responsible for launching and leading a new competitive program while also serving as an Assistant Coach for the WLC Football program. Duties include oversight of all program operations, including recruitment, retention, practice planning, player development, performance training, and holistic development and mentorship of student-athletes within a Christ-centered, private college environment.</p> <p>Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) and strong organizational skills. Coaching experience in football or flag football is required; collegiate recruiting experience is preferred.
