This position will develop processes and support effective records management, improve overall data integrity, and increase revenue through a comprehensive review and understanding of MGB licenses. Key responsibilities include understanding the structure of contracts, translating them into system records, developing tracking/reporting mechanisms for contract milestones and proactively monitoring paths to commercialization.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Provide guidance to staff on the agreement lifecycle from initial setup through closeout with thorough understanding of agreement types, necessary data collection and ensuring integrity of records. </li><li>Identify and design continuous process improvement; lead implementation to inter-office operations and service to the MGB community. </li><li>Support efforts to manage support tickets (assigned to team) in a timely and effective manner. </li><li>Directly drive revenue through the effective tracking and monitoring of milestone and other financial achievements. </li><li>Perform compliance audits and reviews of portfolio, skillfully deciphering and translating contract language to actionable items. </li><li>Effectively ensure compliance with diligence reporting across all agreements. </li><li>Manage key relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Participate in development of key metrics for team. Report and track areas requiring analysis, tracking and trending. </li><li>Lead development of a new forecasting framework and model for hospital budgets to better account for diverse agreement revenue streams. </li><li>Escalation point to provide expert direction to team for posting challenging payments to the correct agreements. </li><li>Manage interns and assist directing less-experienced team members. </li><li>Identify agreements for external audit and manage audit process. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree Business Administration required </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in contract compliance, contract management, or a related field within the healthcare industry required </li><li>Experience in licensing and business development and Technology Transfer strongly preferred </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, ACA, and CMS guidelines. </li><li>Familiarity with payer-provider relationships, value-based care models, and healthcare reimbursement systems. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to interpret complex legal language and contractual terms. </li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details (if applicable)</p> <p>Remote Type</p> <p>Hybrid</p> <p>Work Location</p> <p>399 Revolution Drive</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>$99,465.60 - $141,804.00/Annual</p> <p>Grade</p> <p>8</p> <p>At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
