This position is an amazing opportunity to dive deep into the administrative side of the school campus while also developing a strong community and guiding teacher development as we seek to continuously improve our educational methods.</p> <p>Most importantly, our schools embrace a culture of care-physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually, both in and out of the classroom. This position will play a critical role in guiding this culture to ensure a community where children are at the center of everything we do, and creating an optimal learning environment that is safe, welcoming, and well-organized.</p> <p>What We Are Looking For</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's degree with a major or emphasis in Child Development or similar field </li><li>Minimum one year of experience in a school leadership position (Administration Experience) </li><li>Three years of previous teaching experience </li><li>Knowledge of state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position </li><li>Broad knowledge of instructional programs, extracurricular activities, and methods to ensure a safe and orderly school environment </li><li>Previous responsibility for school operations, including building maintenance, program evaluation, employee engagement and management, office operations, and emergency procedures is strongly preferred </li></ul>
