<p>Summer 2025 Technology Assistant JobID: 490</p> <p>Position Type:</p> <p>Support Staff</p> <p>Date Posted:</p> <p>4/28/2025</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>District</p> <p>Date Available:</p> <p>07/07/2025</p> <p>Closing Date:</p> <p>07/30/2025</p> <p>&nbsp&nbspAdditional Information: Show/Hide</p> <p>Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>REPORTS TO: Manager of Information Technology</p> <p>LOCATION: District</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Careful attention to detail, punctuality, decorum in the schools responsibility for working alone or on a team with specific assignments </li><li>Valid New Jersey drivers license and own transportation preferred </li><li>Must be able to lift 25 pounds and assist with the installation of various technology equipment; </li><li>Basic understanding of computer components </li><li>Basic understanding of network operations </li><li>Must provide dates that the applicant is able to work </li></ul> <p>JOB GOAL: To assist the Technology Department in preparing chromebooks, laptops, and other technology in the district for the upcoming school year.</p> <p>PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Moving and unpacking computer equipment </li><li>Performing inventory of all technology-related equipment such as chromebooks </li><li>Familiarity with basic PC hardware, Chromebooks, and iPads </li><li>Installing software on laptops </li><li>Cleaning technology equipment </li><li>Assist with cable runs for internet access. </li></ul> <p>TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:</p> <p>32 hours maximum per week scheduled from July 7, 2025 through August 27, 2025 at $18/hour.</p>
