We're looking for energetic and dedicated Production/Operations Support Team Members to join our Miamisburg team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is ready to learn and wants to grow their career with a supportive team.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <p>As a key member of our production team, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manufacturing and Finishing: Performing core tasks like weeding, screen printing, calendaring, and applying heat transfers to our products.</p> </li><li> <p>Logistics & Inventory: Supporting our warehouse operations by handling shipping and receiving, managing inventory counts, and ensuring materials are where they need to be.</p> </li><li> <p>Quality & Improvement: Inspecting products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards and actively looking for ways to make our processes better and more efficient.</p> </li><li> <p>Team Collaboration: Working alongside and training other team members, assisting with problem-solving, and contributing to a positive, productive work environment.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>A High School Diploma or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Some experience in a production or warehouse setting is a plus, but not required.
