When you join us as a Senior Vice President of Operations, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Champions RadNet's mission, vision, and values, modeling a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation. Leads the development and execution of long-range strategic initiatives to ensure operational scalability, efficiency, and sustainability. Oversees multi-state, multi-site operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and consistent service delivery across all sites. Provides executive oversight of regional leadership teams, holding them accountable for operational, financial, and strategic outcomes. Anticipates trends and challenges in healthcare operations and proactively develops strategies to mitigate risk and seize opportunities. Collaborates with Finance and executive leadership to establish and monitor financial targets, P&L performance, and ROI for new initiatives. Drives margin improvement through optimization of labor, productivity, supply chain, and resource allocation strategies. Partners with clinical leadership to ensure operational support for high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Leads enterprise-wide change management efforts, fostering innovation and adaptability throughout the organization. Oversees talent strategy within the region, including succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement through the implementation of KPIs, operational dashboards, and performance reviews. Partners with corporate departments (Finance, Revenue Cycle, HR, Compliance) to ensure seamless cross-functional execution. Evaluates and negotiates contracts and vendor agreements with a focus on long-term value creation. Conducts ongoing assessments of regional profitability by modality, center, and service line, ensuring operational viability. Serves as a key executive stakeholder in litigation matters, strategic partnerships, and acquisition integrations. Ensures best-in-class customer service through continuous alignment of operations with referring provider and patient expectations. Oversees capital planning, operational budgeting, and large-scale project implementation across the region. Establishes standardized operational practices across the region and identifies enterprise-wide scalability opportunities. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and company safety protocols. Leads and mentors senior regional leaders to build high-performing, mission-driven teams. You Are: Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world class customer service To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have: Proven executive leadership in healthcare operations with a demonstrated track record of multi-site, multi-state responsibility. Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, reimbursement models, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape. Strategic thinker with demonstrated success in operational transformation, cost containment, and enterprise growth. Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility and budget development. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity with resilience and clarity. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master's degree strongly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably within outpatient imaging or multisite healthcare delivery.
