<p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support manufacturing operations by operating production equipment in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Records, Manufacturing Documentation (MD), and the Operational Procedures Manual (OPM). This role is responsible for executing production procedures for cross-linked hyaluronic acid products, ensuring documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout the manufacturing process.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will coordinate sample preparation and testing, accurately document manufacturing activities, and proactively identify and report deviations or non-conformances. This position requires strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP), aseptic technique, and GMP standards in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Operate manufacturing and production equipment in compliance with SOPs, Batch Records, MD, and OPM </li><li>Execute manufacturing procedures for cross-linked hyaluronic acid products </li><li>Review manufacturing documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and GMP compliance </li><li>Coordinate sample preparation and support in-process and final testing activities </li><li>Accurately record all manufacturing data in Batch Records, logbooks, and OPMs </li><li>Document all work activities following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) </li><li>Identify, recommend, and support documentation revisions and continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>Report procedural deviations, non-conformances, and compliance issues to management </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of SOPs and GMP regulations </li><li>Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments </li><li>Working knowledge of cell culture processes </li><li>Understanding of laboratory chemicals, including acids and bases </li><li>Proficiency in aseptic technique and contamination control </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with biomanufacturing or pharmaceutical experience </li><li>1-3 years (or 4-6 years for consideration) of experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment </li><li>Proven ability to gown and work in controlled cleanroom manufacturing areas </li><li>Comfortable handling laboratory chemicals and working in GMP-regulated environments </li><li>Hands-on experience performing work under aseptic conditions </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract position based out of Bedford, MA.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
