Your role will be vital in transforming interest into action and helping homeowners embrace the power of solar!</p> <ul> <li>$4,000 paid training over your first 8 weeks leading to commission pay </li><li>Potential commission earnings range from $500 - $5,000 per week, based on performance </li><li>Performance-based incentives through our tiered recognition program, including opportunities to earn branded merchandise and exclusive rewards </li><li>All sales employees are considered W2 employees </li><li>Accelerate your career growth - select a path in sales and leadership </li><li>Health, vision, and dental insurance </li><li>401K savings plan with company match </li><li>Life insurance available, both companies paid and elected </li></ul> <p>SHIFT</p> <ul> <li>Monday - Friday: 11am - 7:30pm </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Make outbound calls to homeowners who had prior appointments or interest in solar </li><li>Conduct quality assurance conversations to understand the homeowner's previous experience and address any lingering hesitations </li><li>Identify and address hesitations or challenges that prevented homeowners from moving forward previously </li><li>Re-engage and reschedule homeowners with a solar professional </li><li>Support the preparation of solar designs and contracts </li><li>Maintain accurate records of homeowner's interactions </li><li>Meet or exceed performance goals related to engagement, reschedules and conversations </li><li>Occasional visits to the office location for training and team building events - otherwise position is 95% remote </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age and HS Diploma </li><li>Professional and friendly phone demeanor with excellent communication skills </li><li>Self-motivated, coachable and driven to succeed </li><li>Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn new tools - experience with Excel a plus </li><li>Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods </li><li>Strong problem-solving and customer service skills </li><li>Prior experience in customer outreach, call center or sales support preferred </li></ul> <p>WHY JOIN US?</p> <p>This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to be a part of something bigger.
