Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?</p> <p>The key purpose of this role the management of all Finished Goods (FG) inventory within the logistics supply chain ensuring product quality standards met & in compliance to all inventory governance processes & controls. All physical movement of inventory is correctly reflected in SAP, inventory differences investigated, resolved & reported.</p> <p>Key Roles and Responsibilities:</p> <p>FG Quality Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>FG inventory quality fundamental standards are adhered to as per DPO & VPO requirements</p> </li><li> <p>FG inventory accurately blocked in SAP with physical blocking mechanism in place as per VPO/DPO standards for quality related & obsolescence stock</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance to the freshness & rotation policy as per VPO & DPO standards</p> </li><li> <p>All obsolescence stock is decanted as per standard policy and procedure</p> </li></ul> <p>Inventory Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Independent inventory counts concluded on all returnable containers & reconciled to SAP Inventory</p> </li><li> <p>Inventory count differences identified, investigated, resolved and reported un-resolved</p> </li><li> <p>Inventory count difference escalated to BLM / DCLM & RLM with commentary & action plans</p> </li><li> <p>All physical movements of containers are transacted in SAP accurately</p> </li><li> <p>T1 & T2 movements, packing receipts validated by line counters, write-offs are verified against signed-off documentation & gate sheets</p> </li><li> <p>Breakages, obsolescence & salvages stock are signed off backup documentation & SAB re-imbursed</p> </li><li> <p>POC & T2 driver route settlement corrections reviewed, approved & signed off</p> </li><li> <p>SCO BUD vs ACT costs are monitored with gaps & actions plans reports</p> </li></ul> <p>Governance and Risk</p> <ul> <li> <p>All documentation signed-off by relevant persons, filed & securely stored as per inventory control policy - inventory stock packs, T1 & T2 shipment packs, gate, register, etc</p> </li><li> <p>Security cameras in key points on site & random verification conducted</p> </li><li> <p>3-point independent checks are conducted on all T1 & T2 shipments for departure & arrival</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Attributes and Competencies:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>High level of accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage self</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Sound knowledge of the SAP R3 system</p> </li><li> <p>Good verbal ability and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>High levels of integrity and ethics</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics or Science</p> </li><li> <p>2-3 years' experience in a stock control environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <ul> <li>BAND: VIII </li></ul> <p>SAB/ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer and all appointments will be made in line with SAB/ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
