<p>Summary</p> <p>The Program Manager oversees the coordinated execution of multiple projects aligned to Harbor's strategic organizational goals. This role ensures programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget (if applicable) while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
