<p>This teammate will report to the Regional Business Manager of a Region and will be responsible for facilitating profitable growth of Holcim building Envelope business through Spec/Product/Project development and Training to Consultant/Architect community. Also, to support and grow business with Regional Building Owners.</p> <p>ABOUT THE ROLE/WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:</p> <p>Develops and facilitates Spec, Product and Project growth in territory. This includes:</p> <p>? Promotes and Demonstrates new product information to Consultants and Architects.</p> <p>? Delivers educational presentations to Consultants and Architects.</p> <p>? Reviews project specification to assure most effective product selection and use.</p> <p>? Set strategic goals for spec development by segment and customer.</p> <p>? Support Elevate Brand Transition from Spec Conversion</p> <p>Support and Grow business with Regional Building Owners. This includes:</p> <p>? Deliver value as the single point of contact for Regional Building Owners by providing solution to their needs throughout project lifecycle.</p> <p>? Collaborate with local sales representatives to discover, connect, and establish Regional Account Agreements with Building Owners.</p> <p>? Track and Monitor accounts and provide Regional Business Manager insight and development strategy on future potential and growth.</p> <p>Effectively communicate with customers, sales representative, and internal teammates to provide a solution. This includes:</p> <p>? Correspond with customers via phone/email and in person communication in a timely manner.</p> <p>? Travel with sales representative to understand each local market and provide support to grow the territory.</p> <p>? Work with Technical team to resolve pre/post installation issues when required.</p> <p>? Assist installers with product substitution request and submittals.</p> <p>? Provide market specific information to Sales/Marketing/Quality/Technical team when requested.</p> <p>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited college or university. </li><li>At least 5 years relevant experience </li></ul> <p>? Business and/or Financial experience desired</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in MS Office Suite Excel (pivot tables, V-Look Up), Tableau, PowerPoint </li><li>SAP experience </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with customers, subsidiaries, agents, and sales force. </li><li>Experience in construction, manufacturing, or sales </li><li>Ability to multitask and adapt priorities quickly </li><li>Estimated required travel for this position is 30% mostly overnight travel. </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE OFFER</p> <p>?
