<p>Overview</p> <p>Empatia Palliative Care is looking for a PRN Nurse Practitioner to cover our Castle Rock palliative care patients.</p> <p>The Nurse Practitioner Palliative Care facilitates palliative care for Empatia Palliative Care patients, ensuring a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan, while demonstrating excellent clinical skills and ethical, relevant judgment. Provides diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up under the direction of the Palliative Medical Director (if required under State law).</p> <ul> <li> <p>NP Licensure - Colorado</p> </li><li> <p>DEA Licensure - Full prescriptive Authority, Experience Writing</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule - Looking for someone at least 1-2 days/week</p> </li><li> <p>Palliative Care/Hospice experience a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate's location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.
