<p>What we need from you:</p> <p>The Mobile Presenter supports the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization by presenting refinance, resale, and builder segment real estate and loan documents, assembles and reviews closing paperwork and funding conditions, scans packages and disburses funds. The mobile presenter takes responsibility for collecting, presenting and delivering the closing package as determined by the originating office, and in accordance with lender and notary requirements while representing Land Title in a professional manner.</p> <p>Closing locations can include but are not limited to Land Title offices, businesses, and private residences.</p> <p>This position is on-call and does not have a guaranteed number of hours and is not benefit eligible.</p> <p>We are hiring for both bilingual (in Spanish and English) and non-bilingual presenters.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Model and holds others accountable to the Land Title Guarantee Company culture and acts as a coach and mentor to others in the organization </li><li>Greet customers enthusiastically and professionally, with emphasis on representing Land Title in a way which builds customer relationships and a positive corporate image. </li><li>Maintain productive relationships with all customers; take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. </li><li>Provide seamless service by acting as liaison with all parties involved in the transaction, e.g. buyer, seller, listing agent, buyer agent, lender and closer. </li><li>Determine closer, assistant and lender contact information from the originating office. </li><li>Review presenter instructions for closing conditions, collection of funds, and disbursement of proceeds. </li><li>Prepare and organize lender loan and real estate documents in preferred scan order for physical presentation. </li><li>Insert any scan cover sheets in each presentation package. </li><li>Proof Warranty Deed and Deed of Trust and other Recordable documents for correct Vesting and Legal; apply LTGC bug and file number to 1st page of Deed of Trust. </li><li>Determine names and roles of transaction parties; obtain and approve purchaser and seller identification for notary purposes. </li><li>Review all closing documents for accuracy. </li><li>Review lender instructions for funding conditions; sort funding conditions in one package. </li><li>Arrange for another party (assistant) in office (if at LTGC office) to assist with funding conditions (when unable to complete independently). </li><li>Sign any funding conditions; scan and email all funding conditions to lender/funder. </li><li>Describe real estate and lender documents according to presentation standards, obtain signatures and collect "good funds" from all applicable parties. </li><li>Proof closing documents for typographical errors and omission of signature and notary data before parties are allowed to leave closing. </li><li>Obtain funding number/approval to disburse from New Lender. </li><li>Disburse funds and documents in accordance to instructions from Land Title closer. </li><li>Scan documents as described in Scanning Procedures (when applicable). </li><li>Determine delivery methods of documents for all clients. </li><li>Complete the Presenters Checklist for the originating office as applicable throughout the process. </li><li>Protect the security of client's personal information. </li><li>Communicate problems and successes with the originating office. </li><li>Thank clients and ask for continued business. </li><li>Identify opportunities for improved customer relations. </li><li>Timely completion of internal company requirements. </li></ul> <p>Success Factors:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills </li><li>Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality </li><li>Excellent organizational skills </li><li>Highly detail oriented </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent </li><li>Ability to obtain Colorado Notary </li><li>Ability to obtain Colorado Title License </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish and English </li><li>Highly preferred to have led a minimum of 25 loan signings/presentations of title documents (refinances bare minimum, preferably full residential resales) </li><li>Knowledge of legal and real estate terminology, and related title insurance processes used in the preparation of title insurance products </li><li>Solid understanding of and ability to manage foreclosures, assumptions, wraps, short sales, 1031 exchanges, owner carry backs, construction loans and builder base files and projects </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Training hours will be paid at a rate of $18.00 USD per hour. </li><li>The pay for this position is based on the present scheduled, with an hourly rate ranging between $26.00 - $46.00 per hour. </li></ul> <p>Land Title is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, citizenship status, color, creed, disability, ethnicity, genetic information, gender (including gender identity and gender expression), marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, veteran status or any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.</p>
