Our site, Albéa Washington is specialized in manufacturing Laminate & Plastic Tubes for Cosmetics, Personal Care & Pharmaceutical Markets.</p> <p>Main activities</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate and monitor injection molds and maintain production based on daily goals </li><li>Identify molding issues and implement corrective actions, troubleshooting </li><li>Monitor production to ensure customer specifications, and established quality standards are maintained. </li><li>Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders. </li><li>Develop Preventative Maintenance procedures for molds and molding machines </li><li>Work with onsite maintenance and vendors for implementing any necessary repairs </li><li>Audit products during processing to ensure adherence to quality standards such as dimensions and performance. </li><li>Setup optimum molding process conditions </li><li>May supervise machine operators to ensure quality production of parts. </li><li>Work with supervisor to determine production priorities based on daily shift activities. </li><li>Maintain time and production records. </li><li>Lead the setup of machines, molds, and equipment and with material and die/mold changes. </li><li>Perform essential duties of machine operator. </li><li>Recommend measures to improve production efficiencies, equipment optimization, scrap minimization, and quality improvements. </li><li>Notify supervisor and/or maintenance department of unusual problems. </li><li>Responsible for any other special projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Profile (Experience & qualifications)</p> <ol> <li> <p>3-5 years production/manufacturing experience required</p> </li><li> <p>High School diploma or GED required or relevant proven experience</p> </li><li> <p>Good math skills</p> </li><li> <p>Basic mechanical aptitude</p> </li><li> <p>Positive work ethic</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent attendance and punctuality.</p> </li><li> <p>Good hand/eye coordination.</p> </li><li> <p>Good interpersonal skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Good multi-tasking/problem solving skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot cleaning process.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures equipment is operating properly and safely.</p> </li></ol>
