<p>Kforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is seeking a Workfront Enterprise Architect.</p> <p>Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workfront Enterprise Architect to support a large-scale enterprise marketing workflow transformation initiative within a highly regulated environment. This individual will play a critical role in designing, supporting, and scaling a unified Adobe Workfront ecosystem across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Adobe Workfront Core, Workfront Planning, and Fusion integrations, along with strong client-facing consulting capabilities and experience operating within complex enterprise organizations.</p> <p>This role requires a blend of technical architecture, workflow strategy, stakeholder management, and organizational change leadership.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and support enterprise-scale Adobe Workfront architecture initiatives across complex business environments </li></ul> <p>Design and optimize workflow solutions leveraging:</p> <ul> <li>Adobe Workfront Core </li><li>Workfront Planning </li><li>Workfront Fusion </li><li>Adobe DAM/AEM </li><li>Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) </li><li>Marketo </li><li>CVENT </li><li>Serve as the primary integration and workflow SME connecting Adobe ecosystem tools and downstream business processes </li><li>Support ongoing build activities related to intake management, creative brief workflows, campaign operations, and process automation </li><li>Provide consultative guidance and coaching to stakeholders and client teams that are newer to the Workfront platform </li><li>Partner closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Fusion Developers, Workfront Analysts, and business stakeholders </li><li>Translate complex business requirements into scalable workflow and platform solutions </li><li>Drive solution continuity, client satisfaction, and change management efforts during a key transition period </li><li>Operate as a strategic advisor capable of making architecture and platform decisions independently* Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront enterprise implementations </li><li>Deep expertise with Workfront Fusion integrations and workflow automation </li><li>Experience supporting large, complex enterprise organizations and cross-functional business units </li><li>Proven ability to lead unified workflow transformation initiatives </li><li>Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder engagement, and consulting skills </li><li>Experience gathering requirements and translating them into scalable platform solutions </li><li>Ability to work independently in fast-moving and evolving environments </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications: Experience within highly regulated industries such as:</p> <ul> <li>Healthcare </li><li>Insurance </li><li>Financial Services </li><li>Government </li><li>Experience supporting enterprise marketing operations and campaign workflows </li><li>Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem tools and integrations </li><li>Experience supporting organizational change management and user adoption initiatives </li></ul>
