<p>The eDiscovery and Surveillance team within Macquarie provides technology and services to retain, discover and conduct surveillance against Electronically Stored Information (ESI). You will define and measure eDiscovery Service Level Agreements and manage relationships with internal and external customers. You will incorporate customer feedback into your partnership with technology, risk and security teams to continually improve the overall service delivered to those customers.</p> <p>What you offer</p> <p>Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years' hands on experience with leading eDiscovery review platforms (Relativity, Nuix, DISCO) with an emphasis on database setup, complex search construction and results validation, design of optimized review workflows including document batching </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the use of TAR and other analytics (BrainSpace, NexLP) with an emphasis on the use of CAL /CMML and other techniques for deduplication, email threading, review prioritization, sampling, production quality control, privilege identification and other predictive models </li><li>Experience measuring and managing service requests by tracking efficiency, identifying issues, reporting on KPIs, ensuring timely resolution, and refining processes to improve service delivery and satisfaction </li><li>Minimum 2 years' people leadership or project management experience </li><li>Flexibility to collaborate with global teammates and customers on a weekly basis, including Australia and Philippines. </li></ul> <p>We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.</p> <p>About Technology</p> <p>Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility</p> <p>Technology enables every aspect of Macquarie, for our people, our customers and our communities.
