<p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <p>Surveys solid waste containers set out for collection in both the Urban Services District and Suburban areas for contamination</p> <p>Provides feedback/education to property occupant through taggingReports to office for assigned routes and supplies from education coordinator</p> <p>Travels with team members to assigned area in Metro vehicle</p> <p>Walks or drives along assigned area looking inside waste/recycling containers to determine contamination levels</p> <p>Assigns a score of green, yellow, or red based on contamination levels criteria</p> <p>Documents information on tag and attaches it to the resident?s container</p> <p>Reports to office when assigned routes are complete</p> <p>Performs related workHigh school diploma or the equivalent</p> <p>WORK EXPERIENCE</p> <p>One year of clerical, secretarial or customer service experience</p> <p>EQUIVALENCY</p> <p>An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted</p> <p>OTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Must wear safety equipment as mandated by OSHA</p> <p>Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS</p> <p>Meets regular and punctual attendance standards and any special needs of the position as determined by management</p> <p>Able to work a flexible part-time schedule</p> <p>Spends prolonged periods of time standing, walking, and carrying, while exposed to the elements</p> <p>Works in outdoor locations which may include uneven terrainEOE</p>
