Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee day-to-day hazmat operations to ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, IMDG, and OSHA </li></ul> <p>regulations.</p> <ul> <li>Prepare, review, and verify all hazardous materials shipping documentation, including bills of lading, </li></ul> <p>shipping declarations, and packaging requirements.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all regulated materials. </li><li>Train warehouse and transportation staff on hazardous materials handling, spill response, and </li></ul> <p>compliance procedures.</p> <ul> <li>Conduct internal audits and inspections of hazmat processes and storage areas; address findings </li></ul> <p>through corrective actions.</p> <ul> <li>Monitor changes in federal, state, and international dangerous goods regulations and implement </li></ul> <p>operational updates as needed.</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with customers, carriers, and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate classification, labeling, </li></ul> <p>and documentation of hazardous shipments.</p> <ul> <li>Lead or support incident investigations involving spills or regulatory breaches. </li><li>Assist with hazardous waste disposal and documentation in accordance with environmental regulations. </li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives for hazmat handling, storage, and shipping processes. </li></ul> <p>Be part of a forward-thinking company that values creativity and continuous improvement.
