The primary objective is to effectively manage PG risk while minimizing proposal deviations, enabling competitive offerings that support both new business and client retention.Success in this role is achieved through close collaboration with business owners and leaders across the organization, comprehensive risk assessment and documentation, and the delivery of clear PG strategy and risk insights to Sales and Underwriting teamsThe main responsibilities of the position involve managing all phases of our PBM proposals process including:Leading the end-to-end RFP PG response process for PBM proposalsDrafting RFP responses using a database of internally reviewed, subject matter expert-approved contentOrganizing, leading, and participating in PG discussions with business owners, account teams, and leadershipCustomizing and refining proposal responses to meet client-specific needsDeveloping timelines and ensuring all RFP milestones are met on schedulePreparing, reviewing, and submitting final proposal documents in alignment with client deadlinesDeveloping, reviewing, and updating departmental policies and processesConducting quality assurance reviews of RFP responses prepared by other team membersServing as a trusted advisor and resource to other members of the teamSupporting additional departmental initiatives and projects as neededThe successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:Lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationProactively manage assigned projects and take ownership of outcomesThrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracyApply critical and strategic thinking to proposal development and risk evaluationCommunicate effectively through strong verbal, written, and presentation skillsMaintain exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of urgencyTake accountability for decisions and actionsManage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyRemain open, adaptable, and solution-focusedWork effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environmentAdditional InformationExtended work hours may be required on occasion to meet business needs and proposal deadlines. Required Qualifications3+ years of professional job experience2+ years of project management, client management, sales support and/or request for proposal (RFP) management experience1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products in a professional environmentPreferred QualificationsRelated pharmacy benefits management or health plan experience. Experience in presentation to executive level leaders Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and deliverablesFinance experienceSalesforce experienceEducationBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
