In addition, the department collaborates to support curriculum development for a variety of special projects including social and emotional learning, teacher induction, and career education.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A Master's Degree from an accredited educational institution in the curriculum or a related area.</p> </li><li> <p>Successful experience as a staff developer, coach or mentor.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with a variety of teachers, administrators and other stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity in all aspects of our organization and the schools we serve.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of effective teaching and learning principles for meeting the diverse learning needs of students.</p> </li><li> <p>Evidence of and a commitment to professional growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Must pass criminal background checks and be free from communicable disease.</p> </li></ul> <p>TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:</p> <p>Salary and work year as established by the Governing Board.
