Builds, tests, and implements new functionality, maintenance changes, and fixes.</p> <p>Reviews and completes scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades. Analyzes, diagnoses, and implements system and process changes.</p> <p>Ensures system changes follow change management procedures and protocols.</p> <p>Act as application SME when assigned to project teams. Works with cross functional teams on system functionality and configuration of new tools.</p> <p>Create and maintain test scripts.</p> <p>Develops, plans, and executes testing for supported applications. Consistently meets project deadlines and goes the extra mile to ensure dates are met.</p> <p>Troubleshoots and researches issues impacting systems.</p> <p>Implement new systems, enhance and/or upgrade existing systems, system optimization, new feature/function implementation.</p> <p>Analyzes, diagnoses, and implements system and process changes.</p> <p>Acts as the application subject matter expert (SME) when assigned to project teams.</p> <p>Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols.</p> <p>Works with cross functional teams and stakeholders by providing education on system functionality, and configuration of new tools to increase end user productivity within the application.</p> <p>Supports both mentoring and cross training across application teams.</p> <p>Consistently meets project deadlines and goes the extra mile to ensure dates are met.</p> <p>Provides on-call support 24/7, monitor queues, event logs, brokers, interfaces with external systems, and performs maintenance as required and create reports as needed.</p> <p>Develop, plan, execute, and maintain test scripts for new installations, projects, and/or system updates.</p> <p>Maintain documentation, service desk routing, and education all application enhancements and procedures to all key stakeholders.</p> <p>Experience Required</p> <p>3-5 years Required</p> <p>3-5 year relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered for those candidates who have a proven track record in the field and handling responsibilities associated with the outlined job responsibilities/summary</p> <p>Inpatient/surgical services experience highly preferred</p> <p>Education Requirements</p> <p>High School Diploma Required</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree - Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology/Systems, Healthcare Preferred.</p> <p>License/Certification Requirements</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <p>RN, PT, OT, MA, LPN.</p> <p>Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system</p> <p>Required:</p> <p>Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire if applicable</p> <p>Special Requirements</p> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication.</p> <p>Ability to effectively translate IT terminology and processes with key stakeholders.</p> <p>Salary Min ($)</p> <p>USD $36.00</p> <p>Salary Max ($)</p> <p>USD $59.00</p>
