In this role, students are primarily involved in performing waived and moderate complexity testing. They will gain practical experience in a clinical laboratory setting, integrating theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice. Students will learn to perform tests, calibrations, quality control, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate laboratory results. This position allows for professional growth as the student progresses toward becoming a certified Medical Laboratory Technician or Scientist.</p> <p>The goal of this training program is to facilitate the transition from student to a full-fledged Medical Laboratory Technician or Scientist upon certification.
