<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Specialist in Louisville, KY.</p> <p>Operational Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The IT Specialist will support the business operationally, especially at pack stations which include mini-PCs, printers, and scanners </li><li>Maintaining printers such as zebra, Dymo, HP, Brothers, and others </li><li>Responsible for troubleshooting these stations and providing training on internal systems </li><li>Will spend a majority of the day interacting with internal customers* Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is required </li><li>Servicing printers such as zebra, Dymo, HP, Brothers, and others </li><li>Must have basic network knowledge-not necessarily building networks from scratch, but able to support existing infrastructure (e.g., adds, moves, network drops) </li><li>Must understand the business and be able to communicate effectively with lead teams, including the onsite General Manager </li><li>Will support entry access systems from a software perspective, including assigning access cards </li><li>Experience with Ubiquiti systems is highly desirable, including Unifi and OpenPath (used for entry access and infrastructure) </li><li>Familiarity with printers and scanners, especially Zebra devices, is a strong plus </li><li>Vendor management or maintaining vendor relationships is helpful </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule & Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>Must have reliable transportation </li><li>Able to work overtime-typical workweek is 40-50 hours, with 10-15 hours of OT possible </li><li>Standard hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but shifts may start as early as 6:30 AM and end as late as 5:00 PM </li><li>Workdays are Monday through Friday, with weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) as needed; Will be given 3 days' notice if they need to work a weekend shift </li><li>Short learning curve expected-someone who can ramp up quickly </li><li>No days off from 23 Nov - 05 Dec schedule will be 7:00 AM TO 4:00 PM </li></ul>
