The Engagement Supervisor will develop, improve, and maintain exceptional employee engagement strategies for our Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART), lead DART staffing efforts, and serve on the Incident Management Team (IMT) and/or DART responses as needed.</p> <p>A day in the life of an Engagement Supervisor:</p> <p>At Samaritans Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.</p> <p>In the role of an Engagement Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and act as a consistent witness for him. </li><li>Lead year-round placement and coordination of DART members serving in various work assignments. </li><li>Develop and implement engagement and communication strategies for DART members in collaboration with affiliate offices. </li><li>Create and curate content to inform, equip, and engage US and affiliate DART members through email and phone communication, print materials, resource kits, and social media. </li><li>Design, execute, and support virtual and in-person events and trainings for DART members and Projects Department staff. </li><li>Support the IDRU in development of tools and trainings to build the IMT and DART roster. </li><li>Design, evaluate, and modify feedback processes for DART member performance and work experience. </li><li>Collaborate with HR and technical staff regarding recruitment goals and opportunities. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities</p> <p>Directly supervises four (4) non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Samaritans Purse policies and applicable laws.
