<p>Summary of Position:</p> <p>he Data Center Foreman oversees daily operational activities within the facility, ensuring that all infrastructure and networking installations, maintenance, and repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The Foreman supervises onsite technical teams, coordinates scheduling and workflows, and liaises with project managers to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment and installations, resolving onsite issues, enforcing safety and compliance protocols, and providing hands-on guidance for critical infrastructure and network tasks.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Complete all phases within labor, material and equipment budgets </li><li>Responsible for providing direction and production goals to crew </li><li>Complete all daily reports accurately and timely (including crew time cards, production, redlines) </li><li>Identify and report any change in scope to Project Supervisor or Project Manager </li><li>Monitor productivity and propose corrective action necessary to meet the budgets established by the bid.
