<p>During the Fall and Spring Semesters, Accessibility Services Testing Center Exam Proctor will work on average 5-8 hours per week providing support to students with pre-approved exam accommodations through Accessibility Services. Tasks of the position include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the Accessibility Services Testing Center by maintaining materials, monitoring students actively taking exams, and ensuring exams are stored securely. </li><li>Administer exams in accordance with Accessibility Services Testing Center procedures. </li><li>Read and/or scribe exams or large writing assignments for students with pre-approved accommodations. </li><li>Document and report any irregularities in the Testing Center using our Incident Report Form. </li><li>Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications and Desired Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Must be a full-time Stonehill student in their Sophomore, Junior or Senior year and in good academic standing. </li><li>Provide excellent, professional customer service and possess strong interpersonal skills. </li><li>Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing and follow written instructions. </li><li>Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of all exams and materials. </li><li>Reliability is essential; Accessibility Services Testing Center Exam Proctors must be on time for each of their shifts. </li></ul> <p>Special Instructions to Applicants Hourly Salary 15.00 Hours Contact Name Brooke Butler Contact Email bbutler4@stonehill.edu Work Location Duffy 114 Payroll Deduction Grant Deduction</p>
