<p>What are important things that YOU need to know about this role?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work Environment: Hybrid - On-site days will be at our Lilly Rd. office in Menomonee Falls, WI.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience: Familiarity with cloud providers and Intune is a plus and will make candidates stand out.</p> </li><li> <p>Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.</p> </li></ul> <p>What will YOU be doing for us? Responsible for successfully administering and supporting the corporate VoIP system and wireless telephone systems for the organization. Work closely with the Director of Information Technology to ensure telephony and wireless solutions and services integrate with current systems and are aligned with current business needs and strategy.</p> <p>What will YOU be working on every day?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as main contact for all telephony and wireless solutions (including VoIP phone systems in multiple locations) in regards to troubleshooting common errors, determining necessary upgrades, and deploying new lines of service.</p> </li><li> <p>Organize and maintain all information related to internal and external numbers (toll-free, direct dial, fax, TTY, etc.), including extension numbering strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain active contact with vendors for all telephony and wireless solutions to ensure issues are resolved timely and expansion of services is explored as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor telecom systems to ensure appropriate sizing and scaling by:</p> </li><li> <p>Determining call volumes and system usage to ensure phone system and phone circuits are sized to support current and anticipated call volumes.</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively monitoring system service availability and usage to ensure system is sized and licensed for current and anticipated business needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Work collaboratively with internal departments to plan appropriate strategy and call treatments for calls in relation to queues, voicemail, IVR, and reporting purposes.</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately implement call treatments, system upgrades, and new features through appropriate planning and communication, including appropriate documentation of system configuration and changes/additions.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and implement telephony solutions for unique circumstances such as severe weather, significant increases in calls, mobile workers and disaster recovery.</p> </li><li> <p>Assess needs, research potential solutions and vendors, and provide recommendations to facilitate the selection and implementation of new services and systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Review all telecommunication and wireless carrier invoices for accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and distribute reports related to telephony and wireless solutions as needed, including weekly phone circuit utilization reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Train new and continuing users on available services to ensure correct usage and increased efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure security concerns related to current or new solutions are assessed and resolved.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technology to meet business needs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Present telephony technology and capabilities to external clients to communicate capabilities. </li></ul> <p>What qualifications do YOU need to have to be GOOD candidate?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Required Level of Education, Licenses, and/or Certificates</p> </li><li> <p>Associates/2-year degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent years of internal experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Required Level of Experience</p> </li><li> <p>1-3 years of experience administering a business VoIP phone system in a corporate environment consisting of one or more call centers.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience working with telecommunication vendors by participating in selection activities, implementation, troubleshooting, and/or negotiating service rates.</p> </li><li> <p>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of call center design and call routing techniques.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain accurate, detailed and organized documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and external vendors.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to remain organized with multiple interruptions.</p> </li></ul> <p>What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GREAT candidate?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Preferred Level of Education, License, and/or Certificates</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of networking and network configuration</p> </li></ul> <p>The salary range and midpoint is listed below for your reference. Please keep in mind that your education and experience along with your knowledge, skills and abilities are taken into consideration when determining placement within the range.</p> <p>Compensation Range:</p> <p>$79,388.00 - $119,082.00</p> <p>Compensation Midpoint:</p> <p>$99,235.00</p>
