Develop solution designs, implementation and testing following development best practices. Interface with other teams and systems in the organization to enable faster and more reliable deliveries and improve customer experiences.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design, implement, and test front-end and back-end solutions using Java, Spring, and AWS.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan, execute, and deliver complex software solutions while collaborating with teams and stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide technical design recommendations, promote best practices, and support CI/CD processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot issues, integrate components across teams, and ensure seamless product delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Apply agile methodologies to enhance development, coordination, and execution.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills, Experience and Requirements</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience </li><li>A minimum of 2 - 4 years' experience designing, developing and testing complex software including Java, Spring/SpringBoot, and microservices in AWS or cloud environments </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience defining, designing, building, testing, documenting and supporting robust, scalable, reliable services including RESTful APIs </li><li>Computer Science or engineering understanding including object oriented analysis and design, data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis, and problem/solution fit </li><li>System lifecycle including DevOps, Security, CI/CD, CM, support, and best practices </li><li>Experience with container management like Docker, and service orchestration like Kubernetes and similar tools and technologies </li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Experience with graph databases, pub/sub, and event streaming technologies </li><li>AWS cloud infrastructure and services </li><li>Wireless OSS / Inventory domain knowledge preferred </li></ul> <p>Visa sponsorship not available for this role</p> <p>Salary Ranges</p> <p>Compensation: $72,400.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.</p> <p>The base pay range shown is a guideline.
