<p>Work Flexibility: Field-based</p> <p>What you will do</p> <p>As Sales Representative for Stryker's Sage portfolio, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the selling of products to hospitals and clinicians to obtain maximum profitability. You will set strategy and tactical plans for your territory, and work to become a trusted partner to doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff. Additionally, you will serve as a valuable and contributing member of the Stryker Medical team as we work together to support Stryker's Mission and Values.</p> <ul> <li>Achieve or overachieve quota (sales targets) through prospecting new clients and successfully managing existing customer relationships </li><li>Educate and inform nurses, nursing leadership, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Sage products. </li><li>Work to improve patient outcomes and increase Stryker's market share </li><li>Managing and maintaining a sample of inventory of products </li><li>Provide swift and effective solutions to customer challenges </li><li>Develop and maintain strong customer relationships </li><li>Direct and complete product evaluations </li><li>Organize and plan utilizing Salesforce </li><li>Develop strong product knowledge, selling strategies, competitor and market knowledge </li></ul> <p>What you need</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>University Degree </li><li>3+ years outside sales experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Degree in nursing preferred </li><li>3+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales </li><li>3+ years experience working in a clinical or hospital setting </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations </li><li>Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Travel Percentage: 70%</p>
