<p>GYMNASTICS EQUIPMENT PERSONNEL MANAGER</p> <p>CLOSING DATE: Open until filled</p> <p>PAY RANGE:$13.40-16.08/hour depending on experience and qualifications. Free Legacy Center membership also included.</p> <p>SCHEDULE:Part-time with flexible scheduling; some evenings and weekends required. Job averages 5-7 hours per week.</p> <p>DEPARTMENT: Recreation</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>The Gymnastic Equipment Personnel Manager supports the Gymnastics Program at Lehi Legacy Center. This role oversees equipment operations, manages a team of Equipment Personnel, ensures safety procedures are followed, and coordinates hiring and scheduling.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Hire, train, and supervise Equipment Personnel </li><li>Manage staff schedules (set-up, take-down, and weekend shifts) </li><li>Maintain equipment, safety procedures, and work logs </li><li>Coordinate onboarding with City HR (background checks, drug tests, paperwork) </li><li>Support staff morale and lead annual trainings </li><li>Attend required meetings and communicate updates to the team </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirement:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to safely move gymnastics equipment and navigate throughout a busy gymnastics gym. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organization and communication skills </li><li>Leadership experience preferred </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with part-time staff </li><li>Recreation or gymnastics experience is a plus </li></ul>
