<p>Overview:</p> <p>Provides relationship management oversight of assigned institutional client accounts. Working in a team environment, provides account specific administration support and client service tasks to support the business, concentrating on quality and accuracy of daily work and superior relationship management, while minimizing risk.</p> <p>Buffalo, NY is also an acceptable location.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Submit activity for processing in a timely and accurate manner and based on client directives. </li><li>Respond to and/or annotate compliance reports as directed by more experienced Relationship Managers. </li><li>Handle cash and non-cash transactions, trades, statements, pricing, and other day-to-day transactions. </li><li>Submit annual account reviews for assigned accounts in a timely manner or as directed. </li><li>Serve as primary/secondary contact for assigned/coverage team accounts as well as retirement plan participants and pensioners. Resolve basic matters and inquiries, adhering to established Division, client and alliance service standards. </li><li>Maintain client communications on regulatory, legal, accounting and trust matters. </li><li>Complete client billing and resolve aged receivables for client accounts; work with more experienced Relationship Managers as needed. </li><li>Remain current on industry trends and regulatory items. </li><li>Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. </li><li>Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand. </li><li>Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. </li><li>Complete other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience Required:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year relevant experience,</p> <p>OR in lieu of a degree,</p> <p>A combined minimum of 5 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year relevant experience</p> <p>Strong level of proficiency in use of personal computers and pertinent word processing and spreadsheet software</p> <p>Detail-oriented</p> <p>Excellent customer service skills</p> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p> <p>Proven organizational skills</p> <p>Proven problem-solving skills</p> <p>Strong decision-making skills</p> <p>Education and Experience Preferred:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business</p> <p>Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience</p> <p>Retirement or Trust administration experience</p> <p>M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $56,655.45 - $94,425.76 Annual (USD). The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.</p> <p>Location</p> <p>Wilmington, Delaware, United States of America</p>
