<p>Actively seeking a water treatment engineer. This engineer will conduct assessments of water treatment facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate and develop performance metrics for wastewater and greywater treatment processes. </li><li>Create, manage, and execute water treatment projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. </li></ul> <p>o Chemical Trials - Interpret data from trails to inform station of process improvements and O&M savings.</p> <p>o RO Performance Improvements - Develop method to monitor RO performance, make and implement recommendations to improve performance.</p> <p>o Review and revise Capital project plan for frequency of recurring projects such as filter media replacements, pump overhauls and collector well redevelopment.</p> <ul> <li>Provide operational support for water treatment facilities, including troubleshooting and optimization. </li><li>Address gaps in water treatment processes. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associates or Bachelor's degree in technical field </li><li>Minimum of 4+ years of experience in water treatment </li><li>Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, including chemical, physical, and biological methods. </li><li>Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards related to water treatment. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities. </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
