Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic Third Party Claims and Data Collector to join our team.</p> <p>Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation</p> <p>Provides pertinent information describing incident/accident to the Claims Coordinator to initiate the claim against those individuals or companies for the project, managing paperwork, as well as collecting visual image data from damaged assets (roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, vegetation, etc.) for digital claims submission, as directed by the Third Party Coordinator and/or Supervisor.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Receives audits and maintains the documentation packet from Emergency Response Coordinators which outlines accidents that have damaged highway property. It contains:</p> </li><li> <p>Incident/Accident Report</p> </li><li> <p>Police Report</p> </li><li> <p>Statement of Charges</p> </li><li> <p>Pictures, if applicable</p> </li><li> <p>Providing above to the Claims Coordinator to initiate claim.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors/responds to ongoing questions or requests for additional information.</p> </li><li> <p>Documents actions by accessing and entering data into database.</p> </li><li> <p>Install barricades, ribbons or cones where road accidents are recorded to "Safe It Up"</p> </li><li> <p>Occasionally may carry out a variety of laboring tasks when deemed necessary for efficient patrol operations</p> </li><li> <p>Patrol road as assigned and report asset damage.</p> </li><li> <p>Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.</p> </li><li> <p>Carry out all duties in line with Company policies and procedures as amended from time to time</p> </li></ul> <p>Who You Are: A Profile of Success</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of High School or GED Required </li><li>A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
