<p>We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in accounts payable to oversee and optimize our client's payables process from end to end. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about financial accuracy, vendor relationships, and team leadership.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday</p> <p>Pay Rate: $34.00 - $38.40/hr.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliations </li><li>Ensure timely and accurate payments, avoiding late fees and penalties </li><li>Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate payment terms, and resolve discrepancies </li><li>Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard financial integrity </li><li>Maintain accurate records in the general ledger and provide clear, consistent documentation </li><li>Generate and analyze AP reports, tracking metrics like invoice volume, payment timeliness, and vendor spend </li><li>Support month-end and year-end closings, ensuring all payables are reconciled and recorded </li><li>Supervise and develop the AP team, providing training, mentorship, and clear direction </li><li>Drive process improvements to streamline workflow and increase efficiency </li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines </li><li>Collaborate across departments, including Purchasing and Accounting, for smooth operational alignment </li><li>Assist with budgeting and forecasting by analyzing AP trends and data </li><li>Support internal and external audits with required documentation and insights </li><li>Report to leadership with financial summaries, dashboards, and recommendations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years Finance Manager with Strong Accounts Payable </li><li>Solid accounts payable experience and understanding of accounting principles </li><li>Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities </li><li>High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance </li><li>Proven leadership and team management capabilities </li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills </li></ul> <p>Employee benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k plans, weekly pay available every Friday, referral bonus potential, and employee discount programs.</p> <p>Join a team where your expertise will drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
