Our culture fosters creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning to position our team members to inspire each other and provide quality products and supporting services that exceed the expectations of our customers.</p> <p>The Opportunity</p> <p>Williams International has a need for 25 engineering summer (2026) intern positions.</p> <p>Interns may be assigned to any one of the following engineering areas:</p> <ul> <li>Mechanical: Design, 3D Modeling, 2D Prints, Layout of Engine Systems, Bill of Materials, Stackup Analysis, Structural Analysis </li><li>Aerodynamics: Design, Performance Analysis, Fluid Flow Requirements </li><li>Thermodynamics: Engine Cycle Modeling, Engine to Engine Data Comparisons, Cycle and Thermo Analysis </li><li>Electrical: Design, Embedded Control Systems, Engine Control Software, Component/Assembly Testing </li><li>Software: Development, and Troubleshooting </li><li>Manufacturing: Additive, Advanced, Automation, Electrical, Process Development, Facilities, Test Methods </li><li>Chemical/Material Science: Materials and Processes, Chemical Coating, Welding Process, Penetrant Inspection </li><li>Quality: Reliability, Requirements, Buy and Make Part Inspection, Manufacturing Process Review, Failure Investigation </li></ul> <p>Intern Eligibility Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 60 credit hours (must be a junior or senior standing or in a Master's program) </li><li>Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0, preferred </li><li>Course study must be in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Civil Engineering </li><li>U. S. Citizenship required </li><li>Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
