<p>Position Description</p> <p>This person will be responsible for performing various types of maintenance, upkeep and replacing parts on personnel and roll-up doors in and around an industrial facility.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Service and maintain Dock levelers, edge of docks, lift tables, dock pads and </li><li>Perform PM's for the </li><li>Participate in PM optimization activities. </li><li>Service several hundred personal doors: fire, glass, pocket, sliding, revolving, card access, automatic, and hydraulic operated. </li><li>Service and maintain dozens of roll-up </li><li>Assist with establishing and maintaining critical spares as needed. </li><li>Manage Fire door PM's and create PM schedule and protocols for fire </li><li>Manage and determine sub-contractors when appropriate and oversee and help complete </li><li>Repair and maintain motorized security gates and gate arms. </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of </li><li>Must have experience working with Industrial/Commercial </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, twist, stand and reach repetitively, operate moving equipment and work in hot/cold/damp/cramped environment. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communications, organizational </li><li>Must be able to work independently, as well as in a group setting. </li><li>Candidate may be required to pass a drug test and criminal background check based on job location/requirements. </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.</p> <p>To see other positions, click here.</p>
