Opus' technologies and services help our state partners meet strict US EPA Clean Air regulations by managing vehicle inspection programs, Vehicle Information Databases, and developing differentiated solutions for remote vehicle monitoring</p> <p>Job Purpose</p> <p>The Covert Auditor is responsible for conducting audits at CTVIP testing Stations. This position requires independent work while regularly exercising independent professional judgement. They will also communicate regularly with management and operations and use analysis and professional judgment to recommend appropriate actions.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform routines at Inspection stations to Test Opus hardware, software and systems to ensure they meet the specified performance as defined in "test scripts", RFS & Detailed design specification documents and/or an Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP). </li><li>Position requires significant in state driving </li><li>Analyzes video stream to find data patterns </li><li>Organizes and reports patterns to QA Manager </li><li>Keep written records and documentation of all observed inspection processes </li><li>Witness emission processes and its conformance to QA standards and procedures. </li><li>Monitor, and track Inspection process. </li><li>Assist QA Manager in preparing vehicles for Covet Audits </li><li>Assist QA Manager in preparing Covert Audit reports </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by manager </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Basic understanding of Microsoft office applications. </li><li>Valid Connecticut driver's license </li><li>Discretion </li><li>Ability to work independently </li><li>Ability to adapt and be flexible </li><li>Effectively learn and use a variety of software applications as introduced into business segment. </li><li>Extreme attention to detail </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Driver's license in good standing with good driving record </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office </li><li>Knowledge of basic computer operations </li><li>Successful completion of criminal and civil background checks. </li><li>Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen with satisfactory results </li></ul> <p>Pay</p> <p>$18-20/hour</p>
