<p>Overview</p> <p>Hospital Name: Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital - Fairhill</p> <p>Position: Registered Nurse (RN)</p> <p>Location: Fairhill Rd, Cleveland, OH</p> <p>Pay: $48 per hour</p> <p>Hours:</p> <p>Day Shift: 7am - 7pm</p> <p>Night Shift: 7pm - 7am</p> <p>PRN/Per Diem: Self-scheduled. We also offer our employee assistance program to part time employees. </li><li>Your Impact Matters: Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Receiving admissions and/or transfers. </li><li>Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment. </li><li>Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC </li><li>Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry. </li><li>Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. </li><li>Promoting continuous quality improvement. </li><li>Instructing and counseling patients/families. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Valid State RN License is required. </li><li>BLS is required at hire. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications that will make you successful:</p> <ul> <li>BSN or enrollment in a BSN program is preferred. </li><li>Clinical experience is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Additional Data</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disabled/Veterans</p>
