Above all, employees will be provided the opportunity to seek, speak, and listen within the organization.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standard </li><li>Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives </li><li>Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project </li><li>Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision maker </li><li>Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion </li><li>Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives </li><li>Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.</p> <p>This position must meet export control compliance requirements. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher </li><li>Experience in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management role </li><li>3+ years' experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations </li><li>3+ years' experience developing/maintaining team schedules, resource management, earned value management, risk management, and project management </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li>Experience using Open Plan Professional </li><li>Experience using Microsoft Project </li><li>Experience using Milestone Professional </li></ul> <p>Travel:</p> <p>This position may require travel up to 10% of the time</p> <p>Relocation:</p> <p>Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
