Routinely works with individuals who have physical, cognitive, developmental, or emotional challenges that affect their ability to perform everyday tasks.</p> <p>Does this position require Patient Care?</p> <p>Yes</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Conduct assessments of patients' physical, mental, and developmental abilities. </li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments. </li><li>Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as needed. </li><li>Provide education to patients and their families about therapeutic activities and exercises they can do at home. </li><li>Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care. </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes. </li><li>Attend staff meetings, continuing education programs, and professional development activities to stay current with new techniques and best practices. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education Master's Degree Occupational Therapy required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
