Candidates who are organized and motivated self-starters are encouraged to apply.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>As a Supported Living Coordinator (SLC) you will:</p> <p>Assist with all aspects of supervision for assigned caseload including hiring, disciplinary action, and development.</p> <p>Work with support staff to ensure service implementation as stated in Individual Service Plans.
