This role is critical to leading our 3rd shift maintenance team and ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of production operations.</p> <p>Schedule</p> <ul> <li>3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 PM-5:00 AM </li><li>Occasional weekend work as needed based on business and production needs </li></ul> <p>Why Join DFA?</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match </li><li>Paid time off and holiday pay </li><li>Stable, growing organization </li><li>Supportive team environment where your leadership matters </li></ul> <p>Summary</p> <p>Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor oversees Maintenance Technicians, assigns daily tasks, provides updates to the Maintenance Manager, supports cross-functional teams with maintenance-related inquiries, and ensures all maintenance processes and procedures are properly followed.</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <p>The list of duties below is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other responsibilities as management deems necessary.</p> <ul> <li>Plan and supervise the preventative maintenance program </li><li>Request parts needed for PM and/or DM work </li><li>Close out Demand Maintenance (DM) work orders </li><li>Provide shift coverage as needed </li><li>Complete the daily maintenance schedule </li><li>Utilize hand tools and electric/pneumatic power tools </li><li>Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment </li><li>Read electrical schematics and diagnose electrical/mechanical failures </li><li>Set up new equipment lines and changeovers </li><li>Train production and maintenance personnel </li><li>Work with minimal supervision and meet project deadlines </li><li>Work on electrical systems up to 480 VAC </li><li>Apply strong knowledge of motor control circuits, automated valves, and process controls </li><li>Ensure all processes and procedures are followed </li><li>Follow parts checkout procedure </li><li>Comply with all GMP standards </li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Associates Degree in Electromechanical Maintenance preferred </li><li>Prior lead or supervisory experience in a maintenance environment </li><li>Strong background in preventative maintenance systems </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proficiency with Windows-based systems, including Microsoft Office and maintenance work order software</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely operate a forklift (certification may be required)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of motor control circuits, automated valves, and process controls</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate across teams</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, schematics, and work orders</p> </li><li> <p>Problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in standardized situations</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize work</p> </li></ul> <p>An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans</p> <p>Salary:</p> <p>$70,000 -$80,000 / year</p>
