By joining this team, you will gain marketable software development and/or network operation experiences in data center networking at massive scale.</p> <p>We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our network engineering team based in Mountain View, Seattle or Ashburn. You'll drive the end-to-end delivery of the systems behind ByteDance and work with various team members to inspire creativity and bring joy to users around the globe.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>As a TPM, you'll be the bridge between various public cloud vendors, internal teams across countries, working closely with people from Product, Engineering and various ByteDance teams, driving the end-to-end delivery of new products and features to market, inspiring creativity and bring joy to our users around the globe. </li><li>Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery. </li><li>Create and maintain the Roadmap for the teams you work closely with, along with the respective Tech and Product leaders. </li><li>Define the way of driving these programs and constantly find ways of improving this process in a data-driven manner. You'll be the owner of the collaboration process and tools. </li><li>Embrace ByteDance culture and principles and promote an environment that embodies ByteDance Principle and Values. </li><li>Program/Project Management Responsibilities including but not limited to: </li><li>Allocating resources efficiently </li><li>Communicating with stakeholders </li><li>Collaborating with Engineering, Service Owners, and other XFN Teams </li><li>Creating Project Schedules, resourcing plans and defining Milestones. Prepare the project schedule, define the milestones; </li><li>Track tasks and report progress, creating and utilizing dashboards, identifying and mitigating risks.Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, removing blockers; </li><li>Lead Agile/Scrum teams as a coach or scrum master. </li></ul>
