<p>The Audit Data Analytics Lead role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual. In this role, you will respond to requests for data analysis and dashboard construction to present a coherent vision of business activities, assisting teams in making data-driven decisions. The selected candidate will work closely with audit teams, providing a blend of technical and functional expertise.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field </li><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, AI Analyst, or similar role </li><li>Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual) </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools </li><li>Proficiency in data collection, transformation, and analysis </li><li>Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, NoSQL </li><li>Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast paced environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field </li><li>Excellent knowledge of the profession/business function in which the candidate operates </li><li>Prior audit experience </li><li>Proficiency in SAP </li><li>Experienced GenAI, LLMs, AI/ML </li></ul>
