<p>Roles and Responsibilities</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Solution Design and Architecture: </li><li>Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and architecture of Auth0 solutions, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and industry standards. </li><li>Develop architectural blueprints and technical specifications that outline the integration of Auth0 with existing client systems, including APIs, microservices, and legacy applications. </li><li>Ensure that all design aspects meet the client's security, compliance, and scalability needs, especially in a shipping and logistics environment. </li><li>Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management: </li><li>Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and set milestones. </li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for the client, representing TCS's interests and capabilities while building long-term, trust-based relationships. </li><li>Lead workshops and technical discussions with client stakeholders to communicate architecture strategies and ensure alignment with their business goals. </li><li>Team Leadership and Collaboration: </li><li>Manage and guide development teams, including both onsite and offshore resources, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the project's technical vision and goals. </li><li>Mentor and support team members by providing technical direction, setting coding and quality standards, and ensuring adherence to best practices. </li><li>Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and DevOps engineers, to ensure a cohesive approach to implementation. </li><li>Project Management and Delivery: </li><li>Oversee the execution of the project, ensuring that key milestones are met and that delivery is on time and within budget. </li><li>Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or issues. </li><li>Provide regular status updates and reports to both the client and TCS leadership, ensuring transparency and effective communication. </li><li>Technical Innovation and Best Practices: </li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to identity management and Auth0 solutions. </li><li>Evaluate and recommend new tools, techniques, and approaches that can enhance the implementation and overall performance of the Auth0 solution. </li><li>Ensure that all aspects of the solution are optimized for scalability, performance, and maintainability. </li><li>Compliance and Security Management: </li><li>Ensure that all solutions meet compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations, while adhering to industry best practices for identity management. </li><li>Collaborate with security teams to conduct audits, assessments, and penetration testing, ensuring that the solution is secure and resilient against threats. </li><li>Document all architectural decisions, configurations, and implementation details to ensure future support and compliance audits. </li><li>Post-Implementation Support and Optimization: </li><li>Lead the transition to support teams post-implementation, providing knowledge transfer and documentation. </li><li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of the Auth0 solution, including performance enhancements and the introduction of new features. </li><li>Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to the client, ensuring a smooth post-deployment experience. </li></ul> <p>Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. </li><li>Proven experience in implementing and architecting solutions using Auth0. </li><li>Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively. </li><li>Experience managing and coordinating development teams, including offshore and onsite teams. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to present solutions in a clear and professional manner. </li><li>Expertise in authentication, authorization, identity management, and security protocols. </li><li>Ability to provide industry-level solutions tailored to the specific needs of the client. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a plus. </li><li>Knowledge of other IAM solutions and security tools is advantageous. </li><li>Certification in Auth0 or related technologies. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range-$140,000-$180,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-KR1</p>
